Start out standing upright. Then get into a squat with your hands on a ground. Jump your feet back until you’re in a plank position. Then jump back into your squat position before jumping back up in the air, as high as you can. Repeat.
Start off in plank position. Keeping a tiny bend in your arms, lift up your left foot and pull your left knee as close to your chest as you can. Return to plank position, straightening your leg out again. Do the same on the other side. Repeat.
Get into a wide-legged stance, keeping your back straight and all your weight in your heels. Squat down as low as you can. Once you get as low as possible, jump up into the air as high as you can. Land in a low squat, and repeat.
Start in a standing position with your arms at your sides. Jump your feet apart, bringing your arms together over your head and clapping your hands. Jump again, this time bringing your feet back together and your arms back down to your sides. Repeat.
Sit on the ground with your legs extended straight in front of you. Stretch your arms in front of yourself. Lean back slightly and twist your torso, first to one side and then to the other. The further you lean back, the better the burn.
