Did you forget about your summer body while being trapped in the house? You are NOT alone. Now that warm weather is kicking in, it's a perfect time to start a new outdoor workout routine. This can be as simple as going for a walk 6-feet apart or joining a fitness group that meets at a park. Many instructors and trainers are transitioning their courses outdoors to comply with social distancing guidelines.
